We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Epic Trips Sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing partnerships with creators who have the potential to launch unforgettable travel experiences with Worldpackers.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of creators with the potential to launch Epic Trips through Worldpackers.
• Own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery calls to negotiation and contract signature.
• Understand each creator’s profile and goals to identify partnership opportunities and ensure the right fit for future launches.
• Partner closely with the Creator Success team to ensure a seamless handoff after the sale.
• Nurture long-term commercial relationships with creators, driving repeat launches and expanding existing partnerships.
• Ensure commercial agreements, commissions, bonuses, and contractual terms are managed with clarity and accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, particularly in Inside Sales and outbound prospecting.
• Experience selling through digital channels.
• Knowledge of the creator economy, affiliate marketing, travel industry, or other digital business ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with creators or influencers.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, or the creator economy.
• Familiarity with the travel industry.
