We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to help connect homeowners with solutions that can improve their homes while supporting our expanding sales team.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Appointment Setter – Home Services  to conduct outbound prospecting, qualify homeowner leads, and schedule appointments for our field sales team. The ideal candidate is confident making high-volume outbound calls, skilled at overcoming objections, and driven by achieving performance goals.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday; 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST (Florida); 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists of homeowners throughout South Florida.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to homeowners to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the field sales team.
  • Present multiple service offerings during calls based on homeowner needs and interests.
  • Follow approved scripts while adapting messaging to different service categories.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, appointments, and follow-up activities within the CRM.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on call volume, lead pipeline activity, and booked appointments.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Continuously refine outreach approaches to improve appointment conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation.
  • Strong verbal English communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
  • Ability to confidently engage homeowners and build rapport quickly.
  • Experience overcoming objections and maintaining composure during high-volume calling sessions.
  • Strong attention to detail when documenting lead information and scheduling appointments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with residential sales processes and appointment-setting best practices.

Experience within the home improvement, roofing, solar, HVAC, windows, construction, or home services industries.

Experience using CRM systems and lead management platforms.
