Job Description
We are looking for a proactive AU Outbound Appointment Setter (Automotive/Detailing) to manage outreach and scheduling for our automotive service shop locations. You will play a key role in launching our new ceramic coating services by engaging both new leads and existing customers to drive booking volume.

- Aligned with Australian Business Hours (AEST/AEDT)
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers via phone and email to schedule appointments.
- Manage and nurture incoming leads to maximize booking conversion rates.
- Coordinate scheduling across two shop locations to ensure optimal workflow.
- Follow up with previous clients to introduce new high-value service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and appointment statuses.
- Represent the brand professionally in all customer-facing communications.
Requirements
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear and professional spoken English.
- High level of attention to detail when managing calendars and customer data.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high performance from a remote setting.
- Comfort working within Australian business hours.
- Bonus if you have experience in the automotive or car detailing industry.
- It helps if you have prior experience working with Australian-based clients.
