Contract: Independent Contractor

Schedule: The ideal schedule would be full time 8 hrs/day Monday-Friday 7-4 Mountain Time (assuming a 1 hour unpaid lunch). If you don’t want a lunch break or want a smaller lunch break, your schedule can be adjusted. We are ready to have this person start ASAP.

Role Overview

An Audit Agent is a role is a full-time position that includes a wide range of tasks. Many of those tasks require a knowledge of Excel, experience running reports in CRM’s, and the ability to manage your time efficiently, as many tasks are time sensitive but also need to be completed with an eye for catching small details. The role requires the ability to communicate clearly via written communication in English.

The role includes being an internal auditor of many things including agent commissions, time sheets, customer call notes, and call quality. You will also assist in many tasks to ensure business processes and procedures are followed correctly, and help with finding mistakes, communicating this to your manager, and helping find solutions to correct them. 

Responsibilities

  • Investigate customer or account-related discrepancies
  • Assess the status and performance of other employees and properly document findings
  • Provide support with billing processes, including an evaluation to ensure accuracy as well as adjustments to meet company needs
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal systems for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Assist with special projects and generate reports as requested by management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
