The role of a B2B Sales Representative (Credit & Debt Management) at BruntWork

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative (Credit & Debt Management) to expand their footprint in credit management and debt collection solutions. In this role, you will lead consultative sales efforts by conducting discovery calls, qualifying new business opportunities, and presenting tailored solutions that help companies improve their cash flow. You will serve as a strategic partner, guiding clients through an innovative online credit management platform while collaborating with internal teams to ensure long-term client success and retention.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM AEST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales of credit management and debt collection solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls and online meetings with potential clients.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Present tailored solutions to help businesses improve their cash flow.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative selling approach.
  • Guide clients through the online credit management platform.
  • Collaborate with the collections team to ensure client success.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills.
  • Excellence in presentation and negotiation.
  • Consultative sales approach with a focus on solution selling.
  • Professional phone manner and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
