We’re hiring a B2C Performance Marketer to own and scale that acquisition engine. A strong IC to join our fully Remote team spread across the globe in 14+ countries, full-time, and hands-on from day one.

Requirements

The operator we’re looking for

• Highly operational and hands-on. You ship independently and fast.
• AI-native: you build agentic workflows, you don’t just prompt ChatGPT.
• Deep paid expertise in info-product, webinar, VSL, or direct-response economics. Ideally you’ve scaled a webinar or VSL funnel yourself.
• Hungry, high-energy, and happiest when you’re moving.
• A strong individual contributor who wants a big opportunity to run at.

What you’ll own

• B2C paid performance end to end: ads, angles, creative, funnel. You make the ads, you don’t just brief them.
• Relaunching our proven webinar and VSL funnel in a 2026, AI-powered, education-first form.
• Finding and scaling the right paid channels (Meta first) into high-converting, net-positive funnels.
• Building AI and agentic workflows that produce more creative, faster, with less.
• Working alongside our VP Sales, video editor, and CRM manager.

• The funnel is profitable, not just efficient.
• CAC, ROAS, and conversion improve month on month.
