The role of a Bilingual Lead Nurturing & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant at 20four7VA
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
A rapidly growing exterior construction and renovation company is seeking a Business Support Virtual Assistant to focus on high-volume lead nurturing, outbound calling, and appointment setting.
The company operates primarily in the residential renovation market (approximately 75–85%), with additional commercial projects. With multiple lead sources and a large CRM database containing thousands of past prospects and customers, the company needs a dedicated VA to re-engage leads, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities into scheduled appointments.
This role will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective clients, helping ensure consistent follow-up across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and text.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Lead Nurturing & Cold Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from CRM pipelines and lead generation sources.
- Reconnect with past leads and customers who were not previously reached.
- Follow up consistently with leads through phone, email, and text messaging.
- Engage prospects in conversational outreach rather than aggressive sales tactics.
- Schedule appointments for the internal sales team when qualified prospects express interest.
CRM Management & Activity Tracking
- Update CRM records with call notes, statuses, and follow-up actions.
- Track outreach attempts and ensure consistent follow-up sequences.
- Maintain organized communication records across the client database.
Customer Engagement & Promotions
- Reach out to past customers to inform them about new services, offerings, or promotions.
- Maintain regular communication to keep the company top-of-mind with prospects and existing clients.
Team Coordination
- Provide daily activity updates including number of calls, contacts reached, and appointments scheduled.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure appointments and follow-ups are properly managed.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Prior experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales calling roles.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Ability to maintain consistent call volume and follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable working in construction or home services industries.
- Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate:
- Is highly comfortable making large volumes of outbound calls.
- Speaks clear, fluent English and Spanish.
- Has experience supporting construction, home services, or sales-driven companies (preferred).
- Is confident speaking with homeowners and prospects.
- Is organized and disciplined with CRM tracking and follow-up systems.
- Can quickly learn the company’s services and communicate them clearly.

Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: 8AM – 5PM (flexible)
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
