Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager at Designity, you will drive strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities to upsell services that align with client goals. You’ll be the primary point of contact from day one, helping clients get the most out of their experience while playing a direct role in Designity’s growth.

You will also leverage AI-powered tools to enhance client management, improve communication, and support a seamless service experience. Your ability to anticipate client needs, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally will be key to delivering lasting value.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set clients up for success by aligning account setup, project scope, and services with their specific goals and business needs
  • Proactively identify signs of client dissatisfaction and resolve them with thoughtful, creative solutions
  • Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs, usage patterns, and business goals
  • Build long-term client relationships by maintaining strategic alignment and consistent communication
  • Analyze client health metrics to reduce churn and maximize lifetime value
  • Build a client satisfaction tracking system to monitor engagement and sentiment over time
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and engagement levels
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to preempt and solve problems
  • Onboard new clients and handle day-to-day requests from current clients
  • Leverage AI tools to support client insights, communication, and service optimization

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or relationship management
  • Proven ability to identify upselling opportunities and expand client engagement
  • Experience working with marketing or design firms
  • Experience using AI-powered platforms or tools as part of a modern client management workflow
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to follow-through on all communications
  • Excellent communicator with strong sales instincts and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive relationship-builder who collaborates well with internal teams and clients
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments (especially startups)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
