Role Summary:
Responsible for designing, optimizing and owning iVisa’s outbound customer communications (emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and bot templates) to reduce customer friction and decrease incoming contacts to iVisa. Aligns all messaging with iVisa’s strategy and product goals, runs experiments to improve CTA conversion and clarity, and partners with CX, Data and Integrations to measure impact and react quickly to incidents or escalations. They will regularly propose and run data-driven experiments (A/B and multivariate) to improve open rates, CTA conversion and click-to-success, and will translate experiment outcomes into repeatable playbooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility — Responsible for communications effectiveness: Lead the strategy, execution and continuous improvement of all outbound communications (email, WhatsApp, SMS, bot templates); define success metrics, measure impact, and implement experiments and remediation actions to maximize clarity, increase CTA conversion, and reduce avoidable customer effort.
- Manage the template catalogue: maintain the inventory of transactional and status templates (email/WhatsApp/SMS/bots) — versions, languages, owners, tracking and review.
- Design & run experiments: propose and execute A/B tests (subject, copy, structure, CTA, timing); define hypotheses and metrics, validate results and scale winners.
- Monitor and improve communications KPIs: maintain dashboards for key metrics (contact-rate attributable to communications, click-to-success, delivery/bounce, CTR), investigate anomalies, and implement fixes or experiments to drive measurable improvement.
- Implement escalations & template requests: apply urgent edits from Product/CX/Ops.
- Benchmarking & Government Review: regularly review and document communications from competitors and government sources to identify improvements in copy, structure, timing and FAQ coverage.
- Collect and analyze qualitative feedback: gather ticket verbatims, customer comments and micro-survey responses; synthesize insights to identify recurring friction and prioritize communication improvements.
- Ensure localization & translation review: coordinate linguistic reviews and translations for target markets, manage localization updates when required.

- 1+ years of relevant professional experience in communications, CRM, CX or related fields.
- Experience on cross-channel communications UX specialist who designs message flows, improves outcomes, and produces high-impact microcopy.
- Excellent written communication and copy skills.
- Strong command of logical structuring, compliance assessment, and prioritization.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
