ElevenLabs is seeking a Community Growth specialist to lead creator community-building and accelerate growth through UGC social video. This role sits within the Creator Growth team and is responsible for turning the user base into a distribution engine by building active, self-sustaining communities that drive awareness, retention, and word-of-mouth growth.

Key responsibilities include leading community management for Discord (60k) and Reddit (16k), keeping creators informed through livestreams and newsletters, coordinating posts across community-focused social accounts, responding to community questions on X, YouTube, and Instagram, supporting growth of main IG, TikTok and YouTube channels, building and scaling engaged communities that grow organically through conversation and UGC, serving as a power user and trusted community voice, running experiments to drive user acquisition from social platforms, identifying and activating high-leverage users (creators, tinkerers, early adopters) to become advocates, and growing communities independently while collaborating with Creator teammates in Partnerships, Influencers, Affiliates & Video Content.

Requirements

• Familiarity with ElevenLabs products, AI voice tools, and AI video generation products
• 2-3 years experience improving engagement and growing online communities of 5k+ members
• Empathy and ability to provide excellent customer service with clear communication for community questions and concerns
• Deep familiarity with Reddit and Discord: community growth, moderation practices, and content distribution
• Strong instincts for internet culture and creative AI trends with ability to create native content (video demos, livestreams, screenshots, memes) across all platforms
• Comfort using data to identify what’s working and building simple automations to scale non-manual processes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across Creator Growth team
• Must be “very online” with instincts for where internet culture is heading
• Preference for candidates in GMT-7 to GMT+3 timezones to overlap with Europe-based team
• Bonus: Experience building/scaling technical communities (AI, devtools, open source), experience hosting creator competitions or community activations
