Community Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE  

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Community Manager to help grow and support our global ecosystem. In this role, you’ll engage with developers, users, and advocates across multiple platforms — fostering a sense of belonging, collaboration, and shared mission within the community.

You’ll lead community programs, host meaningful online and offline experiences, and be the voice of our users internally. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a growing Web3 ecosystem connects, communicates, and evolves — while playing a key role in onboarding the next wave of builders and believers.

Your Impact

  • Build and execute a scalable community strategy, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with growth and engagement goals
  • Organize high-impact events (Twitter Spaces, AMAs, meetups, hackathons, workshops) for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Cultivate vibrant, on-brand conversations across key channels like Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, and X
  • Lead our Ambassador Program, including recruiting, onboarding, activating, and rewarding contributors
  • Act as a community advocate internally, providing feedback loops to product, marketing, and leadership
  • Identify, engage, and empower community champions, influencers, and ecosystem collaborators
  • Work cross-functionally with developer relations, product, and marketing to align community with broader initiatives
  • Monitor and report on community health, sentiment, and growth. And iterate based on insights.

You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or related roles — at least 1 year in Web3 or a closely related space
  • English + Spanish or Portuguese
  • Proven ability to build and nurture online communities that feel alive, inclusive, and aligned with the brand
  • Experience organizing both virtual and IRL events, from idea to execution
  • Strong communication skills. Written, verbal, and interpersonal, with the ability to set a tone and carry it
  • A deep understanding of crypto culture and platforms, you know what makes Web3 communities tick
  • Experience managing ambassadors, advocates, or contributor programs is a major plus
  • Comfortable working across teams and time zones; you’re proactive, organized, and a self-starter
  • Bonus: you’re an active member of existing Web3 communities (and not afraid to meme when it matters)
