We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary relationship owner across our client portfolio. You’ll be the go-to point of contact for day-to-day client communication — keeping relationships strong, issues resolved, and accounts growing. This role is client-facing and call-heavy, so you’ll need to show up polished, proactive, and solutions-oriented on every interaction, no matter the project or account.

The compensation range is $900-$2,500 USD a month depending on the experience.
This role is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.
