Data Analyst/Analytics Engineer

Adapty makes it easier for mobile apps to implement in-app purchases and manage paywalls. We serve 12K apps, process $2B+ in-app subscriptions a year, and have been consistently growing for the last 3 years. Our team consists of more than 150 committed and product-driven people who like challenging tasks. Top investors including 500 Startups, and Surface Ventures back us.

Why This Role Matters

We’re scaling quickly and investing more into marketing and growth. That means we need someone who can look at traffic, spend, and revenue across multiple channels — and tell us what really works. You’ll be the person turning scattered campaign data, CRM updates, and product events into a clear picture of where users come from, how much they cost, and how much they bring back.
Think questions like:

  • Which channel drives leads that actually convert into paying customers — not just demo requests?
  • How do CAC and LTV vary by geo or company size?
  • Which campaigns we should cut today, and which to double down on?
  • Can we predict churn or upsell likelihood based on lead behavior?

In this role, you will

  • Build dashboards (CAC, ROI by channel, funnel conversion, lead lifecycle) for marketing, sales team and leadership.
  • Design multi-touch attribution and find out which channels are really driving growth.
  • Run ad-hoc analyses: e.g., “Why did CAC in the US spike last week?” or “Which LinkedIn campaigns bring us the highest-quality leads?”.
  • Maintain data pipelines — join data from ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), CRM (HubSpot), and internal product metrics.
  • Forecast churn probability, CAC and other metrics.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to make budget allocation decisions based on data, not guesses.

You will be a great fit if you have

  • 3+ years in marketing / growth analytics.
  • Strong SQL and good Python (Pandas, matplotlib, NumPy or other statistics-facilitating libraries).
  • Experience with BI tools (Superset, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of marketing and growth metrics: CAC, ROI, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates.
  • Comfortable working with CRM data (Hubspot)
  • Engineering mindset: scalability and automation over manual hacks.
  • Good spoken and written English.

What you may expect from working with us

  • Challenging problems: ~50% dashboards & reporting, ~30% data pipelines, ~20% ad-hoc research. We process billions in revenue and handle 60K RPS, so there’s a lot of data to work with.
  • Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is considered among top-5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
  • Strong career path and good compensation. The career track at Adapty doesn’t stop at your current role. Grow with us, build your team and a product inside Adapty.
  • Direct communication. We keep things simple and transparent, ensuring you focus on what matters most – getting things done.
