Role Overview:
We seek a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Strategist to lead our digital presence and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both digital marketing and sales, merging storytelling with strategic thinking to generate measurable outcomes. A proven ability to engage and convert prospects into customers through innovative strategies is a significant advantage. 
Key Responsibilities: 
1. Content Development & Management: 
– Create and manage high-impact content for blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
– Develop and maintain a content calendar with fresh, relevant, and engaging ideas.
– Leverage AI tools for efficient content creation and campaign management.
– Enhance content quality through storytelling, copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
– Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategies. 
2. Social Media Strategy & Engagement:
– Execute innovative strategies to grow and engage audiences on LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
– Respond to comments, inquiries, and direct messages promptly to nurture relationships and identify leads.
– Use direct messaging to engage potential leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
3. Email Marketing:
– Design and execute email campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
– Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using advanced platforms and tools.
– Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics, including click-through and conversion rates, to improve results.
4. Sales Integration & Lead Conversion:
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless nurturing of qualified leads.
– Follow up on leads from digital campaigns to improve conversion rates.
– Analyze prospect interactions to refine strategies for better results.
5. Copywriting & Storytelling:
– Write compelling, story-driven copy that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with the brand voice.
– Create high-quality, persuasive marketing materials, from short-form ads to long-form content.
– Enhance brand visibility and engagement through innovative strategies and storytelling.
6. Digital Marketing Campaigns, Performance Analytics & Optimization:
– Design and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
– Measure and report on key performance indicators, including traffic growth, conversion rates, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
– Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:
– Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead conversion.
– Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
– Exceptional communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
– Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Background in sales with demonstrated success in lead conversion.
– Experience in promoting and marketing digital products.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
– Increase in traffic and brand awareness.
– Conversion rate improvements and lead generation.
– Growth in social media engagement, shares, and followers/subscribers.
