The role of a Direct Marketing Executive at BruntWork
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
The Direct Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting the Loyalty & Direct Marketing Manager with managing and reporting on all communications channels, including Email, SMS, and Loyalty programs. Additionally, this role supports the development and execution of loyalty marketing campaigns, collaborating with the Loyalty & Direct Marketing Manager and Merchandising teams to coordinate offers and ensure alignment with the loyalty strategy.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Australian Eastern Time), with a 1-hour unpaid lunch (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative and coordination support to the Loyalty & Direct Marketing Manager in the management of email, SMS and loyalty partnerships as well as measuring their impact and key metrics.
- Responsible for the daily management and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage audiences and drive sales.
- Implement personalisation strategies to enhance customer engagement and campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine email marketing strategies based on insights and analytics.
- Provide detailed post-campaign reporting, analyzing campaign outcomes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the development and execution of loyalty marketing models and campaigns.
- Manage the production, scheduling, and deployment of all email communications associated with loyalty campaigns to drive revenue and optimize future campaigns.
- Oversee audience segmentation strategies based on insights gathered across all channels (email, social, paid media, customers).
- Coordinate creative assets with the design team to ensure all email content is correct and consistent.
- Maintain and manage various email and SMS automated flows and lifecycle campaigns.
- Utilize Klaviyo’s features to create personalized and targeted email campaigns, automations, and segmentation.
- Other tasks as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in a direct marketing role or similar position.
- Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive.
- Experience with post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Proven track record of executing successful email and SMS marketing
campaigns.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of loyalty marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools, preferably Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and audience segmentation strategies.
