Email Marketing Expert

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Execution
- Help develop email marketing strategies that align with business goals (no fluff, just results)
- Build and maintain segmented email lists that actually convert
- Create email campaigns and automated sequences that move prospects through the funnel
Design & User Experience- Work closely with our senior email marketer and marketing tram to create emails that look great and perform even better
- Ensure emails work seamlessly across all devices and email clients
- Apply UX principles to improve email engagement and conversion rates
AI & Automation- Leverage AI tools to optimize subject lines, send times, and content personalization
- Use AI-powered analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Experiment with AI-driven segmentation and dynamic content strategies
Analysis & Optimization- Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct A/B tests on everything from subject lines to call-to-action buttons
- Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven improvements
Project Management
- Juggle multiple campaigns while meeting tight deadlines
- Communicate clearly with team members about campaign progress and results
- Stay organized in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- 1-2 years in email marketing (preferably eCommerce)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms
- SMS marketing experience is a plus
Technical Skills- Solid understanding of email template systems and responsive design
- Knowledge of major email service providers and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA)
AI & Technology- Experience with AI tools for email marketing optimization (ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar)
- Understanding of how AI can enhance personalization and segmentation
- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies in marketing
Personal Qualities
- Detail-oriented but able to see the bigger picture
- Self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction
- Great at taking feedback and using it to improve
- Fluent in English
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with viral video creation and performance-based marketing.
- Motion graphics expertise for dynamic animations.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

PEOPLE MANAGER INTERVIEW
Successful completion of the test task leads to a one-on-one interview with our People Manager. This conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know you better – your ambitions, values, and how you work within a team.
4.
PROJECT MANAGER INTERVIEW
Next, you’ll meet with the Project Manager. They will further delve into your technical skills, your fit within the specific project, and your ability to contribute to our team’s goals.
5.
PROVISIONAL PERIOD
Upon a successful interview process, you’ll enter a provisional period where you’ll work part-time (10 to 20 hours per week). This phase gives us time to observe your performance, adaptability, and synergy with our team before your final confirmation.
