We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to lead the planning, organisation, and execution of impactful events that showcase our products, services, brand, and ideas on a global stage.

This role is responsible for creating and managing events that engage target audiences, generate leads, strengthen brand awareness, and support business growth objectives. Working closely with the Growth Team, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and creates meaningful business impact.

What you get to do:

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual, in-person, and hybrid events that align with Paymentology’s marketing, growth, and business objectives.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure successful delivery from concept through to completion.
• Coordinate venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, event materials, and on-site execution requirements.
• Work closely with the Growth Team to develop event strategies that drive audience engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
• Manage event registration processes, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and produce reports to measure ROI and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all events reflect Paymentology’s brand standards and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for attendees.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to support successful event outcomes.

Requirements

What it takes to succeed

• Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to collaborate across teams and external partners.
• Experience coordinating virtual, hybrid, and in-person events in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify and resolve challenges before they impact event delivery.
• Strong budgeting and vendor management experience, ensuring events are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ability to analyse event performance metrics and translate insights into future event strategies.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset with a passion for creating outstanding event experiences.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience planning and executing corporate events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, or industry events.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver successful events.
• Experience within technology, fintech, payments, or B2B environments is advantageous.
