What We Look For:
✅ Expertise in React AND .NET
✅ 6+ years of software development experience at “product” companies
✅ Customer-first mindset—not just blindly coding specs, but solving real business problems
✅ Strong voice & conviction—you’re not afraid to challenge ideas and push for the best solutions
✅ Relentless drive—”impossible” isn’t in your dictionary
✅ Overlap of 5-6 hours minimum with US Central Time Zone
✅ Strong engineering / CS background or someone who is self taught and lives and breathes software development
