About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building scalable, high- performance web applications. You’ll play a key role in shaping our product and technology direction.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern full stack technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements.
• 4–8+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with ORMs such as Prisma or Sequelize.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and GitHub workflows.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working full-time Monday–Friday and must be open to work occasional overtime as needed.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel, or GCP).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Background in performance optimization and security best practices.
