The NetSuite Functional Analyst acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring NetSuite capabilities are fully leveraged to support operational excellence, data integrity, and business growth. The role is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing NetSuite solutions while proactively leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance analysis, accelerate solution design, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirement

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience (configuration, workflows, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics)
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into ERP functional specifications
• Strong understanding of core business processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report
• Experience gathering requirements and producing clear functional documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• High level of autonomy — manages priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently
• Active use of AI tools for productivity, analysis, or automation (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar)
