Schedule 

  • EST (40 hours per week) Note: 5 days a week, including weekends. Specific shift hours will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

  • Account Configuration: Create and configure player accounts across multiple gaming platforms, ensuring accurate setup and optimal player experience.
  • Payment Processing: Process and verify customer payments with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Inquiry Management: Manage incoming customer requests through digital channels, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Protocol Execution: Execute account setups and modifications according to established protocols.
  • Campaign Support: Monitor and implement promotional campaigns to enhance player engagement.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and account activities.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to players regarding platform-specific requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Digital Transformation: Support the implementation of new digital initiatives and platform improvements.

Requirements

  • Technical Compatibility: Proficiency in Apple/macOS ecosystem; must have a personal macOS device for system compatibility.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated proficiency with digital communication platforms and messaging systems; ability to learn multiple gaming platforms quickly.
  • Confidentiality: Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
  • Detail Oriented: Meticulous mindset, particularly for payment processing and account management.
  • Self-Management: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Workspace: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
  • Adaptability: Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and established procedures.
  • Experience: Previous experience in gaming, customer service, or account management is preferred.
