Job Overview

Our client is seeking a MSP Microsoft 365 IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality remote IT support across multiple small and medium-sized business (SMB) client environments. In this role, you will manage Microsoft 365 services, maintain endpoint security and backup solutions, and support the integration of AI-driven tools like Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate thrives in a multi-client MSP environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to grow technically while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote IT support across multiple SMB client environments within an MSP framework.
• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Entra, and Defender.
• Support the integration and rollout of Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven workplace tools.
• Monitor and maintain backup solutions, endpoint security, and system health across client accounts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, transitioning seamlessly between client environments.
• Utilize RMM tools to proactively identify and address infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working within an MSP or multi-client IT support environment.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Intune, Entra, Defender).
• Familiarity with backup solutions, security best practices, and RMM platforms.
• Mid-level technical proficiency with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• High level of attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
