Junior Business Developer

We are looking for a Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Business Developer, you will support our BD team by:
- Researching and identifying new market opportunities, potential leads, and prospects.
- Conducting cold and warm outreach to engage potential clients and partners.
- Qualifying leads and setting up discovery calls for the senior BD team.
- Analyzing market trends and providing data-driven insights to inform strategy.
- Collaborating with internal teams (technical, marketing, product) to align outreach efforts with Gateway’s offerings.
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations and reports.
- Supporting relationship management with existing and prospective partners.
- Participating in industry events, webinars, and conferences as a Gateway representative.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interest in blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem (on-chain activity, research, or side projects are a big plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Notion, Hubspot, Slack, G-suite).
- Previous experience in sales, market research, or business development is a plus.
