Your role in this mission: We’re looking for a Junior Event Marketing Manager who will play a key role in scaling our event and partnership marketing activities. You’ll take ownership of organizing trade fairs, webinars, and partner events – from planning and registration to booth setup, materials, and follow-up. You’ll also support the marketing team with logistics, campaigns, and content around these activities, helping us increase brand visibility and generate new leads across Europe.
🎯 What you will do:
- Research and evaluate new event and trade-fair opportunities based on our target audience and market fit.
- Manage end-to-end event organization, including registration, booth booking, logistics, and communication with event organizers.
- Coordinate the design and production of booth materials, merch, and marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team on co-marketing activities (e.g., partner events, newsletter placements, webinars).
- Support the marketing team in preparing email sequences, campaigns, and promotional content for events and webinars.
- Track event performance and help optimize processes for future activities.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
⭐ What you need to succeed
- Around 1 year of experience in event marketing, partnership management, or marketing coordination (internships or working student experience also count)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills – you love structure and keeping track of details
- Hands-on, proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, HubSpot (or quick to learn new ones)
- Creative problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and adapts quickly to change
- Excited to work in a fast-moving, international SaaS company
