Job Description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on connecting with influencers and brands across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll identify, outreach to, and engage potential clients in the influencer marketing space, turning cold contacts into warm opportunities. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to craft outreach strategies that build strong, lasting relationships. Your creativity and persistence will directly impact our lead generation efforts, making a meaningful contribution to our overall business growth.

Your Day Might Include:

• Researching and identifying potential influencers and brands via social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Crafting personalized outreach messages across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram DMs.
• Managing prospect information, interactions, and lead flow using CRM tools.
• Engaging with potential clients through direct outreach, aiming to spark meaningful conversations and encourage sign-ups.
• Continuously optimizing outreach strategies based on performance data.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging and campaigns.
• Monitoring industry trends within the creator economy and influencer marketing to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

What We Hope You Bring to the Table:

• Excellent written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage prospect information.
• A strong ability to engage with prospects across digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
• A deep interest in the creator economy and influencer marketing landscape.
• Self-motivation and a proactive attitude toward meeting targets.
• Creative thinking in outreach strategy development.
• Prior experience in lead generation or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
