Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Part Time Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for analysing data to build, test, and refine our Ideal Customer Profiles. You’ll provide regular conversion and funnel insights, and build dashboards and reports for both daily GTM execution and strategic review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse historical and live data (sales, web, engagement) to define and refine B2B/B2C ICPs.
• Build and maintain attribution models, pipeline analysis, and segment-level dashboards.
• Deliver actionable insights on channel, ICP, and campaign performance.
• Partner with RevOps and Marketing to iterate scoring, segments, and targeting.
• Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders; support ongoing GTM strategy pivots.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in a marketing or business/data analytics role.
• Strong with HubSpot (reporting, lists), Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (nice to have), and/or BI tools (Tableau, Looker).
• Experience working hands-on with GTM, marketing, or revenue teams.
• Strong critical thinking and storytelling skills—turn data into actionable business decisions.
