As a Paid Media Strategist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid media campaigns (search, display, video, social, native, and emerging channels) to drive revenue and/or profitability.
- Own day-to-day campaign management and performance tracking across multiple paid media platforms.
- Define testing strategies and campaign roadmaps across various digital channels to continuously improve results.
- Identify the right mix of tools, automation, and processes to scale our paid media efforts globally.
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment on KPI’s and approach to budget allocation, spend and results management.
- Use data to monitor KPIs, analyze ROI, and generate actionable insights to fuel growth.
- Act as a paid media thought leader, contributing to creative development, landing page optimization, and holistic performance strategies.
What will make us choose you?
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic).
- Proven experience building, managing, and scaling paid media campaigns across a portfolio of product offerings, which resulted in increased revenue or profitability.
- Experience working in a conversion-oriented environment like e-commerce, lead generation or similar.
- Familiarity with campaign attribution, tracking infrastructure, and key analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.).
- Strong affinity for data and analytics, with the ability to decompose complex data sets into understandable levers to improve business performance.
- A demonstrated willingness to experiment, fail fast, iterate and succeed, with a track record of extracting concrete, actionable insights from test results.
- Ability to work independently, and in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones.
- A passion for travel and global cultures.
