OnTheGoSystems has been a pioneer in translation software development since 2008, empowering over 1.5 million websites globally with WPML – the flagship product of our company. As a fully remote company, we thrive with a team of 100+ talented individuals from around the world.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape and refine WPML’s specifications. While occasional strategic decisions may be part of the role, the primary focus will be on the “how” – making WPML more intuitive, powerful, and competitive.
You will learn our products in-depth and understand how clients are using them today – and how they want to use them. You’ll gather insights from client feedback, support tickets, refunds, surveys, and interviews. Based on this, you’ll identify what needs to be improved or built, and turn these into clear, actionable plans for our developers. You’ll be responsible for proposing solutions, refining them with feedback, and ensuring they are practical and high-impact. While developers and designers will work with you, you’ll lead the product direction.
You’ll deliver a clear, validated roadmap with well-defined tasks that reflect our clients’ needs and match what our teams can realistically deliver. We expect you to move fast – showing progress from week one – and gradually take full ownership of the product responsibilities currently handled by the company’s CEO, within a year.

You’ll have 3-4 interviews that take between 30 to 90 minutes each. You’ll be talking with our HR, the team leader and members of the team you’re interviewing for.
For some roles, we’ll also ask for an assignment. If this assignment requires significant time, we’ll pay for your time doing it.
In these interviews, we know that you’re interviewing us, like we’re interviewing you. We welcome your questions and will answer them gladly.
At OnTheGoSystems, we keep things simple and straightforward. In most cases, our interview process is made up of three parts:
1. The Chat with the Recruiter
60 mins
During this informal video call, we’ll tell you more about the job and OnTheGoSystems (OTGS), and you can ask us anything you want.
2. The Technical Deep Dive
60-90 mins
This video call has a technical focus and gives you the opportunity to speak to potential teammates and see how you can contribute to the team. You can expect detailed questions about your experience and qualifications, and you may be asked to do a live assignment, depending on the position.
3. The Check-In with the HR Manager
30 mins
During the quick video call with our HR Manager, we’ll ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding the position you’re applying for. You can ask questions and clarify any doubts you may have. We’ll also cover any administrative details necessary to extend a final offer that meets your needs and expectations.
