The company offers a powerful social media aggregator that combines a brand’s posts and hashtags into a single, visually appealing feed for its website. Seamlessly integrating with major platforms, this tool enables easy content import, customization, and moderation, delivering an engaging social media experience for audiences.

Profile Overview

As a Product Manager, the successful candidate will help shape what the company builds and why by making smart, impact-driven decisions. They will work closely with different teams, listen to user feedback, and turn ideas into intuitive product experiences. The ideal candidate is curious, thoughtful, and excited to contribute to a growing SaaS product. Experience with growth, user engagement, or experimentation is a plus.

Your responsibilities

  • Product Prioritization & Roadmapping
  • The candidate will bring experience with frameworks like RICE, ICE, MoSCoW, or custom scoring systems to balance business impact, effort, and customer needs. They should be able to say no when necessary, negotiate trade-offs, and clearly articulate the rationale behind their decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Communication
  • The candidate will know how to tailor their communication to different audiences, including developers, sales, marketing, and leadership. They should be assertive yet respectful, especially in high-pressure planning and feedback discussions.
  • Customer-Centric Product Thinking (PLG-Driven)
  • The candidate will have a strong understanding of PLG principles and product activation loops. They should be skilled at optimizing UX based on behavioral analytics and feedback, and know how to craft intuitive user journeys that drive adoption.
  • Requirements Documentation & Feature Planning
  • The candidate will be comfortable writing feature briefs, PRDs, and acceptance criteria. Familiarity with tools like Notion, Confluence, Figma, JIRA, or Shortcut is expected.
  • User Feedback Loop Management
  • The candidate will be able to build and manage systems to capture, categorize, and integrate user feedback into the product roadmap. Experience with tools like Hotjar, Canny, Intercom, or custom feedback forms is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills 

  • Basic Analytics & Experimentation
  • The candidate will understand tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog, and can plan and evaluate A/B tests and measure feature success.
  • SaaS Monetization & Retention Strategy
  • Familiarity with pricing models, upsell and cross-sell dynamics, and churn prevention mechanisms is a plus.

  • Proven product management experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Autonomous and proactive approach with a readiness to engage in AI-driven initiatives.
  • Bonus points for SEO and Product Marketing skills.
