The role of a Product Manager (Radiotech) at Gismart

Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2C mobile products
- Hands-on experience with iOS and/or Android app development processes
- Strong understanding of subscription or freemium monetization models
- Proven experience improving product metrics such as conversion, retention, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, churn, activation, or engagement
- Experience working with mobile product teams: engineers, designers, QA, analytics, marketing, and product leadership
- Strong analytical skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention analysis, A/B testing, and experiment interpretation
- Ability to work with ambiguity, define priorities, and move initiatives forward independently
- Experience writing clear product requirements and leading initiatives through the full lifecycle: discovery, release, analysis, and iteration
- English level sufficient for working with international teams and analyzing global market references
Responsibilities
- Own the user journey from the first purchase to the end of the customer lifetime
- Identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and LTV
- Work with mobile app functionality, onboarding, paywalls, subscription mechanics, content flows, learning flows, and engagement loops
- Build and prioritize the product roadmap together with leadership, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and creative teams
- Run product discovery through user behavior analysis, market research, competitor analysis, support feedback, and product analytics
- Write clear product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and experiment briefs
- Launch and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, retention, engagement, and monetization
- Track product metrics, build conclusions from data, and make ship / iterate / kill decisions
- Collaborate with UA, PMM, creative, ASO, and growth teams to improve the full funnel from acquisition to long-term retention
- Proactively identify problems and act without waiting for detailed instructions
