The role of a Property Management Virtual Assistant (Rent Manager Proficiency) at SnappyCX
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to support daily operations for a growing property management company managing approximately 70 rental units.
This role will focus on billing, tenant communication, and administrative coordination using the Rent Manager system. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while maintaining accurate financial and tenant records.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and verify bills, invoices, and payments within the Rent Manager system
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate payment tracking records
- Monitor lease expiration dates and coordinate lease renewals
- Follow up with tenants regarding late rent payments via calls and emails
- Ensure leases, agreements, and documents are properly attached to tenant files
- Assist with tenant communication and general administrative tasks
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure data accuracy in the system
Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate or property management
- Hands-on experience using Rent Manager
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting property managers or real estate teams remotely
- Comfortable handling tenant communications and billing-related tasks
- Tech-savvy and experienced with property management software systems
