We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from concept to execution, owning the full user experience and interface design process.
- Drive product discovery by collaborating with clients to explore design solutions, evaluate alternatives, and align with business goals.
- Effectively communicate design solutions through wireframes, flows, and prototypes tailored to client needs.
- Conduct research and benchmarking, contributing valuable insights to shape new features and functionalities.
- Prioritize user-centered design, ensuring interfaces are both functional and visually appealing.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and methodologies, continuously improving design processes with innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including designing and prototyping complex interactions, variables, and reusable components.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design tools.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing design projects from start to finish and proactively identifying opportunities for design improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, ability to comfortably collaborate with international clients and internal teams.
- Deep knowledge of product design processes, from discovery to delivery, with a focus on aligning design with business goals.
- Strong ability to adapt and learn continuously, staying current with industry trends and new design tools.
- A growth mindset—open to feedback and iterating on design solutions.
