Senior Product Designer
Description
Circle is seeking a Senior Product Designer to be a key influencer shaping the future of their community SaaS platform tailored to the creator economy. The role offers high autonomy and significant responsibilities in shaping user experiences and design outcomes that contribute to Circle’s goal of becoming the go-to platform for creators scaling communities and monetizing content.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end design projects from concept to launch, crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex problems, leveraging analytics and user data to identify design opportunities and optimize user experience, communicating design decisions effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders, staying updated on competitive landscape and emerging trends, proactively researching design and tech improvements, engaging in asynchronous communication to update teams and remove blockers, regularly reviewing live applications and taking responsibility for UI/UX state of assigned features, participating in launch review processes to ensure highest standards, and working closely with developers throughout implementation to maintain design fidelity.
Requirements
- Strong alignment with Circle’s company values
- Proficient English at CEFR Level C2/ILR Level 5 (spoken, written, reading)
- 6+ years of experience in product design with strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI expertise
- Strong proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design mockups, prototyping, and collaborative design processes
- In-depth understanding of platform-specific design guidelines and responsive design principles
- Experience utilizing AI tools as integral part of design process and workflow
- Proven track record shipping successful SaaS products, ideally in creator tools or community platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex design concepts clearly and persuasively
- Data-driven approach using both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide designs
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multiple departments
- Keen attention to detail ensuring seamless and pixel-perfect end products
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (preferred)
