Salary Range 💷
Base salary is variable depending on experience :
- Pounds → £32k-52k
- Euro → €37k-60k
- USD → $40k-65k
About You 😄
- You have 2-5+ years of experience within an SEO specific position in the SaaS industry (Ideally client facing)
- You are a “T shaped marketer”, you understand SaaS marketing funnels very well and have deep knowledge in SaaS SEO specific marketing strategies
- You are committed to delivering exceptional results to our portfolio of SaaS clients by driving incremental revenue gains
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can effectively convey complex SEO concepts to both other team members and clients.
- You’re very process driven and excellent at project management
- You understand very well how to communicate the impact we are having on our client’s businesses and the importance of the work we are delivering to keep a high client retention rate
- You are driven and self-directed in a remote work environment
- You are passionate about staying sharp and plugged in the SEO industry and continuously expanding your knowledge and skillset
- Your are a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and your team
- You have a deep understanding of structuring SaaS SEO strategies, SaaS content marketing, SaaS link building and technical SEO and how each pillar intertwines with the other
Responsibilities 🧑💻
- Look after 6-8 SEO clients per month
- Drive excellent results for clients by growing key KPIs (SQLs, demos, MRR), not vanity metrics (visibility, clicks)
- Develop and execute effective SaaS SEO strategies that are innovative and cutting-edge and directly contribute to our clients’ bottom line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise SEO performance and achieve client goals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and updates, proactively testing and integrating new strategies into our processes.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to showcase the impact we’re having on our client’s businesses
- Be genuinely interested in, study and become an expert in SaaS & B2B marketing
- Help us keep the SaaS SEO skillset of the agency amongst the BEST in the industry
- Contribute to the growth of the SEO department by assisting on processes, project management and SOPs
Ownership 💪
- 3-5 weekly zoom calls
- Daily communication via Slack
- Weekly 1:1 with team lead
- Daily project management ( Mainly in Notion )
