The role of a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Tabby

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and scale Product hiring across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on Product Management, Data Analytics, and Design roles. This is a remote role, partnering closely with Product, Data, and Design leaders to support growth across multiple markets.

You’ll act as a strategic hiring advisor to senior stakeholders, translating product roadmaps and regional growth plans into effective, data-driven hiring strategies. With a strong understanding of diverse EMEA talent markets and the ability to operate across geographies, you’ll build and execute hiring approaches that deliver both quality and speed at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, is comfortable working with distributed teams, and knows how to balance senior stakeholder management, candidate experience, and scalable hiring processes—while remaining hands-on where needed.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Attraction

  •  Design and execute EMEA-wide hiring strategies for Product Management, Data Analytics, and Design roles. Leverage deep market knowledge and strong regional networks to attract senior product talent, while shaping and scaling employer branding initiatives suited to distributed, multi-market hiring.

Process & Delivery

  •  Own and continuously improve end-to-end hiring delivery across EMEA. Build scalable processes, tools, and ways of working that increase efficiency, ensure consistency across regions, and support high-quality hiring at pace.

Stakeholder & Candidate Partnership

  •  Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Product, Data, and Design leaders, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and transparent guidance. Champion an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Data & Reporting

  •  Own and operationalise hiring data. Track, analyse, and report on key metrics, using insights to influence senior stakeholders, forecast hiring needs, and drive ongoing improvements in hiring outcomes.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Fluent in English, with strong knowledge of the EMEA market
  • Exceptional stakeholder and candidate management, with a hands-on approach in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable owning metrics, dashboards, and mentoring junior TA team members
