SEO Platform Integration Lead

We’re looking for a SEO Platform Integration Lead, a hands-on leader to oversee OTTO onboarding, manage client implementations, and grow a high-performing global team. OTTO is one of our core tools, a powerful automation engine that streamlines SEO implementation and integrates directly with client websites and CRMs. If you thrive at the intersection of SEO, project management, and client success, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of implementation specialists to deliver successful client onboarding
• Oversee end-to-end SEO platform implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec
• Manage enterprise onboarding, resolving complex technical and strategic challenges
• Optimize onboarding processes, SOPs, and playbooks for scalability and efficiency
• Track key onboarding KPIs (time-to-value, satisfaction, churn risk) and report on team performance

Requirements

• 3+ years technical SEO expertise (site architecture, on/off-page SEO, integrations)
• 3–5 years’ experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation project management
• Proven leadership skills in managing and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency with project tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira) and CRM/tag systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GTM)
• Strong analytical and process improvement mindset

Salary & Benefits

• $3,000-$4,000 per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
• 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year’s Day Paid Off
