SMM Manager

We have recently launched a new team dedicated to assisting mobile apps with growth product management, performance marketing, creative production, and App Store Optimization (ASO) aimed at maximizing app capabilities and increasing revenue. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to amplify the voice of this team across digital platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in showcasing the value of our services and building trust with our audience. 

What You Will Do

  • Lead strategy and execution of social media campaigns to showcase our Professional Services expertise and drive engagement.
  • Create and share compelling content across YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn including posts, visuals, and short videos highlighting client success stories.
  • Analyze social metrics, A/B test content, and report on KPIs to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, agencies, and Professional Services consultants to align messaging with real-world work and client insights.
  • Maintain and leverage HubSpot and Google Analytics to track performance, refine lead-generation strategies, and inform our team’s outreach.

What We Expect

  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in social media management or data-driven marketing roles.
  • Proven expertise in marketing analytics, gardually optimizing campaigns based on clear metrics.
  • Comfortable in fast-growing startup environments, ideally with a SaaS or professional services background.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset: you generate hypotheses, measure results, and iterate quickly.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work seamlessly with services consultants and external partners.
  • English fluency at B2 level or higher; clear and engaging writing style for varied audience segments.
