The role of a SMM specialist at Finyard

How you are going to make an impact 🛠

– Respond to customer inquiries promptly across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn), as well as email and live chat, ensuring a consistent brand tone and high-quality support
– Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and reviews, providing accurate guidance, de-escalating negative interactions, and flagging sensitive cases according to internal guidelines
– Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Product, Sales, Tech) to resolve complex issues and escalate bugs/incidents
– Follow up with customers proactively in threads and private messages to confirm resolution and improve satisfaction
– Troubleshoot and investigate reported issues by gathering context, reproducing basic problems, and passing clear summaries to the relevant team

Discover your Fit 🪄

Experience in fintech (forex/crypto)
Experience in SMM support or SMM management is a huge plus
1+ years of online customer support experience
Excellent written and oral English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage or navigate stressful situations
Experienced with using customer service software, tools and databases
