ROLE: Social Media Manager / Content Creator/Social Media Specialist
Schedule- Monday-Friday 1:00pm-4:00pm Eastern Daylight Time, Ontario, Canada, Part Time 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality content for both real estate and law firm pages.
- Edit videos recorded on iPhone/iPad into professional social media clips.
- Manage daily posting and engagement across all social media platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to improve page followers.
- Monitor and report on page statistics and platform algorithms.
- Advise on brand improvements to modernize the digital presence.
- Provide direct daily reporting and coordination with the owner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Specialist.
- Strong video editing skills for short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies.
- Ability to handle a minimum of 20 hours per week (Part-Time).
- Excellent English communication skills for direct reporting.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous successful social media campaigns.
- Proactive mindset for suggesting content ideas and improvements.
Scope:
- Support both the legal practice and real estate business social media needs.
- Transform office-based recordings into modern up-to-date visual content.
- Manage the full content lifecycle from editing to publishing and analysis.
- Identify optimal posting times and frequency to maximize visibility.
- Utilize existing hardware (iPhone/iPad) to generate quality source material.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across diverse business industries.
- Operate as a dedicated member of the client internal team.
