Social Media Manager

Job Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our presence across key platforms. In this role, you’ll develop and execute social strategies that build awareness, engage communities, and support business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure our brand voice shines consistently across every channel.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, create, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Manage online communities, engaging with followers and responding to questions and comments.
  • Monitor trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform content ideas and campaigns.
  • Partner with content, video, and design teams to distribute key assets and campaigns across social media.
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice and social media guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and provide regular reporting to inform strategy.
  • Experiment with new content formats, features, and campaigns to drive engagement and growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media or content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major platforms and their audiences, with an emphasis on video-first channels like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and content teams.
  • Demonstrated success building and growing social channels (portfolio or examples encouraged).
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

Bonus Points

  • On-camera or content creation experience.
  • Familiarity with social management tools (e.g., Sprout Soacial, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience in B2B technology or SaaS.
  • Previous experience collaborating with external design or creative agencies.
