Clipboard Health is seeking a Software Engineer, Frontend to join their fast-growing Series C marketplace that helps healthcare professionals turn extra time and ambition into career growth and financial opportunity through an app-based platform connecting healthcare facilities and professionals.

This role is designed for early-career developers with big ambitions who want to learn, grow, and deliver impact in healthcare. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining features primarily using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS, owning the full software development lifecycle from problem definition through production support, deploying code using trunk-based development with automated regression testing, collaborating with Product Managers and occasionally interacting with end-users for feedback, ensuring features directly solve user needs while balancing speed with quality, participating in remote-first culture with effective asynchronous communication, contributing to customer-centric approach whether fixing bugs or implementing new features, and participating in on-call rotations (typically one week per month) to learn reliable service delivery at scale.

Requirements

• Professional software engineering experience with comfort in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS
• Familiarity with AWS (ECS, Terraform) deployment processes or eagerness to learn
• Growth-oriented and resourceful mindset with love for tackling new challenges and learning from feedback
• Initiative to spot improvements in codebase and proactively implement them
• Scrappy and customer-focused approach, thriving in high-impact environments with trusted ownership
• Excitement about directly improving healthcare solutions for patients, nurses, and facilities worldwide
• Ability to produce reliable, high-quality deliverables with scalable, maintainable code
• Quick adaptation to agile processes with active participation in standups and meaningful contribution to discussions
• Proactive problem-solving skills to uncover potential pitfalls early and handle tasks with minimal guidance
• Strong communication skills for globally distributed remote team environment
