As a Talent Acquisition Trainee you’ll be responsible for:
- Support the recruitment process by reviewing and validating candidate profiles from our ATS, ensuring they meet role requirements.
- Conduct engaging interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with iVisa’s dynamic and global culture.
- Perform reference checks and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our Talent Software.
- Assist candidates throughout the selection process, providing clear communication, guidance, and a positive experience at each stage.
- Collaborate with the People Team to ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders.
What will make us choose you?
- 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, with proven skills in conducting interviews.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes, ideally with exposure to operational roles.
- Strong ability to identify candidates who align with iVisa’s dynamic and global culture, ensuring a great culture fit.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Highly independent and self-driven, able to take ownership and operate as a key support to the Talent Acquisition Analyst.
- Adaptable and resourceful, capable of handling multiple processes in parallel.
- Fluent English is a must.
