Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit and lead candidate experience for Revenue teams across the region. The role involves recruiting exceptional talent for the rapidly growing team of Deelers, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and maintain candidate scorecards, building deep understanding of the Deel product and requirements for new team members, developing and refining interview processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience, working with management and leadership to develop internal and external sourcing strategies, and ensuring maintenance of incredible culture throughout Deel while living and breathing key company principles. The position focuses specifically on Revenue hiring and requires working cross-jurisdictionally in an ambitious, scrappy recruitment environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition focused role with cross-jurisdictional experience at a unicorn start-up or tech company, mainly focusing on Revenue hiring
- Experience in ambitious and scrappy recruitment function with track record of hiring top talent quickly
- Comfortable handling complex candidate questions pertaining to compensation, equity, immigration, and related issues
- Natural communicator who can engage effortlessly when presenting, speaking, and demonstrating
- Experience using data to make processes more efficient
- Nice to have: Experience as both internal and external recruiter
