The role of a Talent Sourcer at Social Discovery Group

We are looking for Talent Sourcer .

Your main tasks will be:

  • Source and attract candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, and social media
  • Build, maintain, and continuously develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research for key business-critical roles
  • Apply Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant talent pools
  • Create personalized and compelling outreach messages to increase candidate engagement and response rates
  • Continuously analyze, test, and optimize sourcing strategies and outreach approaches
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles

We expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in international sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques
  • Experience working with sourcing tools and platforms
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to create effective outreach messages
  • Experience with talent mapping is a plus
  • English level: B1+
