The role of a Technical Writer at EULER
About Us
Partnerships are the future of go-to-market. They drive 30-50% of company revenue, yet most partner teams are stuck with spreadsheets, email chains, and outdated CRMs – tools never built for partnerships at scale. The result? Wasted time, lost deals, and inefficiencies that kill growth.
EULER is the AI-native PRM for modern partnership teams – built to replace manual work, eliminate partner friction, and turn partner activity into repeatable revenue and measurable ROI. Our mission: make partner revenue scalable and predictable.
We grew 600% YoY in 2025 and serve industry leaders – consistently winning against legacy solutions. We move fast, build intentionally, and focus on delivering real value. If you’re excited to solve big problems, work with smart teammates, and shape the future of partner tech, we’d be glad to meet you.
Role Overview
As our first Technical Writer at Euler, you will own the knowledge that helps our customers, partners, and internal teams understand and get the most out of the platform. You will build and maintain Euler’s documentation ecosystem – from help center articles and onboarding guides to API references and internal playbooks – ensuring every piece of content is clear, accurate, and genuinely useful.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to stay ahead of product changes and translate complexity into clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Euler’s help center – product documentation, how-to guides, FAQs, and release notes.
- Write clear, user-friendly documentation for new features and product updates in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Develop and maintain API documentation and technical integration guides for customers and partners.
- Create internal documentation – onboarding playbooks, process guides, and training materials for the CS and Support teams.
- Establish and maintain a documentation style guide and content standards across all written materials.
- Continuously audit and improve existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
- Partner with Support to identify knowledge gaps that can be addressed with better documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing for a B2B SaaS product.
- Exceptional written English – you make complex concepts feel simple without losing accuracy.
- Experience building and maintaining a help center or knowledge base from scratch.
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and product managers to document features accurately.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Notion, Intercom Articles, Confluence, or similar.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven – you keep documentation organized, up to date, and easy to find.
- Consultative mindset: you talk to users and internal teams to understand what they actually need to know.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing API documentation or technical integration guides.
- Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms.
- Background in partner-led or ecosystem-driven SaaS products.
What Will Not Work Here
- Publishing documentation once and letting it go stale as the product changes
- Documenting features without talking to the engineers who built them or the customers who use them
- Waiting for Support to flag knowledge gaps instead of digging for them yourself
- Treating documentation as an afterthought instead of a core part of the customer experience
Compensation
Competitive salary and benefits.
Why Join Us
- Be the first Technical Writer at a profitable, fast-growing SaaS company with real traction.
- Build the documentation function from scratch with full ownership.
- See your work directly improve the customer experience every day.
- Competitive salary and benefits.
- No ego, full ownership, entrepreneurial culture.
We’d love to meet you.
