About Client

The product is one of the first licensed digital asset banks powered by Blockchain. Our teams are covering the delivery part of the two main company’s services. The first one is where a client is able to convert his fiat to crypto, in other words, buy stable coins and also make transfers between bank customers. Another product allows the simplified process of capital raising for companies and investors.

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in design systems to join our team. The main focus of this role will be on developing, maintaining, and scaling design system across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers and the product team to ensure design consistency, efficiency, and high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s design system.
• Conduct audits of existing components to identify and eliminate duplicates.
• Create, configure, and maintain components and variables in Figma.
• Collaborate with developers and the product team to align designs with implementation.
• Document processes and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Excellent command of Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, design tokens).
• Proven experience with design systems (creation, maintenance, scaling).
• Experience designing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of code (HTML, CSS, React/Storybook).
