In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Scope of Work
- Conduct user research sessions to gather comprehensive insights into user behaviors, motivations, and challenges across digital products.
- Design, execute, and evaluate usability tests to assess and optimize the functionality and intuitiveness of interfaces.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design recommendations and product improvements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to synthesize research findings into actionable user-centered solutions.
- Produce clear and compelling reports, personas, journey maps, and presentations that communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Suggest enhancements and best practices that align with current UX trends and accessibility standards.
- Contribute insights that inform AI system training by providing real-world scenarios and expert feedback on user interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in UX Research, User Research, Usability Testing, and UX/UI Design.
- Proven experience designing and conducting both remote and in-person user research studies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of current UX tools, methods, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage diverse research assignments in a distributed setting.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adapting to fast-changing project requirements.
