The role of an Email Marketer at Tradeify
Tradeify Crypto is building a high-growth trading platform focused on helping users engage with crypto markets through a modern, accessible, and performance-driven experience. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Email Marketer to help drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue through strategic email marketing campaigns.
Position Summary
The Email Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns across the Tradeify Crypto ecosystem. This role will manage promotional campaigns, newsletters, product updates, automated workflows, and lifecycle marketing initiatives designed to increase user engagement, conversions, and retention.
The ideal candidate has strong email marketing experience, excellent copywriting skills, a data-driven mindset, and experience working in fintech, crypto, trading, or another fast-paced consumer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotions, newsletters, product updates, and lifecycle communications
- Develop and manage automated email workflows, including welcome, onboarding, re-engagement, and retention campaigns
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and campaign objectives
- Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused email copy
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, calls to action, timing, and audience segments
- Track campaign performance and provide insights on key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Optimize campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue, and retention
- Maintain list hygiene, deliverability standards, and compliance with email marketing best practices
- Partner with internal teams to align email campaigns with product updates, promotions, and business goals
- Create weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance and optimization efforts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or a similar role
- Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or another high-growth B2C environment preferred
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write concise, engaging, and high-converting email content
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, automated flows, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience running A/B tests and using performance data to improve campaigns
- Comfortable analyzing email metrics, campaign performance, and conversion data
- Knowledge of email deliverability, compliance, and list management best practices
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building lifecycle campaigns from the ground up
- Familiarity with performance marketing, funnel optimization, and user retention strategies
- Ability to balance strong copywriting with data-driven campaign optimization
