Technical Requirements
We’re always looking for ethical hackers, across all levels who demonstrate:
- Strong foundation in security testing in a variety of domains
- Experience with performing security assessments
- Knowledge of common attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, etc.)
- Familiarity with automation and custom tool development
- Understanding of social engineering principles
Experience & Qualifications
While we value practical skills over paper credentials, we typically look for:
- 2+ years of hands-on security testing experience
- Relevant certifications (OSCP, CREST, etc.) are welcomed
- Track record of finding and exploiting vulnerabilities
- Experience writing detailed technical reports
- History of responsible disclosure
- Contributions to security tools or research
- Evidence of continuous learning and skill development
Essential Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English – C1 for international applications
- Creative problem-solving mindset
- Strong documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Professional client communication skills
